Lease Finalized

The MME Group recently secured a long-term lease from the owners of the 23,000 sq. ft. building, which sits in a prime location near The Galleria in Houston. Architectural renderings and 3-D virtual tours are under development, and build-out and pre-sales of Club 300 at Elanz memberships are slated to begin soon. The club is scheduled to open in mid-2009.

MME Group recently entered subleasing negotiations with the owner of a prime commercial center near the bustling Houston Galleria where MME Group plans to locate Club 300 at Elanz. MME Group is looking to build out the more than 23,000 sq. ft. building and lease it for an initial five-year term, with several options to lease it for additional five-year terms.
