Robert "Russo" Righetti, President & CEO

Robert Russo has more than 25 years experience in the entertainment industry and nearly 10 years of entrepreneurial experience with start-up nightclubs and some of the most popular hot spots in Houston.

Mr. Righetti is the founder and creator of MME Group, LLC. He is responsible for overseeing business development which includes all phases of the business plan. Mr. Righetti is also in charge of investor relations and new product development.

Jackson Penick, Consultant & Co-Founder

Jackson Penick is a retired CPA and owner of the Houston based firm Penick & Penick. He has more than 30 years of accounting and business development experience. He helped fund, plan and develop early MME Group efforts.

Petri Darby, APR, Vice President Marketing Communications

Petri Darby is the chief darn officer of darbyDarnit Public Relations and has more than a dozen years in the public relations, public affairs and advertising industry. He has worked on the agency and client sides, in both corporate and non-profit arenas. Before launching darbyDarnit, he handled the national PR and corporate communications for a major law firm, served as the brand manager for a global charity, worked on several political campaigns, and spent two years as a higher education lobbyist. He serves on the boards of multiple professional associations and Houston-area nonprofits and is one of only a handful of professionals to have achieved a universal accreditation in public relations (APR).

Mr. Darby oversees the development of all marketing and outreach materials for MME Group, heads up all web site development and corporate communications, and handles all copywriting for web sites, marketing materials and business plans. Mr. Darby also oversees public and community relations.

Maysoun Al-Shrouf, Vice President Marketing & Membership Development

Maysoun works in IT infrastructure and engineering and is currently responsible for managing technology projects and the delivery of technology to meet business objectives. Maysoun is a co-founder and a managing partner in Xenture Consulting. Maysoun uses technology as a platform to create efficient, innovative environments focused on fulfilling business needs. Maysoun has a Bachelor of Electronics Communications Engineering and a Masters Degree in Information Systems Management. She began her career at Telemundo-NBC Universal/ General Electrics in October 1999.

Maysoun will execute membership marketing and development for both the Black Card and Platinum Card Divisions and will oversee the selection of strategic partners and consultants involved with memberships.

Aristides Miroyannis, Project Manager

Aristides is a naval engineer that specializes in naval architecture and shipbuilding. He is currently serving as MME Group’s project manager and is responsible for the ebb and flow of construction and personnel to meet all milestones and desired goals.

Michelle Foy, Office Manager

Ms. Foy has many years of experience managing office environments in various industries, such as the public school system, university research and healthcare. She is responsible for making sure the MME Corporate office is on task, within budget and running efficiently. Ms. Foy assists corporate staff with time-sensitive projects as well as delegating work and following through to see that the work is completed on time. She is meticulously organized and a natural planner. Though her background is in computer programming, the maintenance of the business office environment is more her passion.

Cara Musso, Marketing Director

Ms. Musso establishes and manages the marketing strategies for the MME Group. She oversees all marketing, advertising, promotional staff, events and activities, and is the prime point of contact for all sponsor and member services. Cara holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications and has over 5 years marketing and management experience in the consumer goods industry, as well as many years of promotional and event planning experience.

Jerry Hodge, Event Coordinator

Ms. Hodge coordinates all MME Group functions within and outside of the club. Recruits, hires and trains quality spokesmodels to represent the MME Group. Oversees the five lead hostesses in special projects and charitable events. Maintains an ongoing calendar of events for the MME Group.

Dr. Patrick Price, D.C., Principal, and President of Health and Wellness Affairs

Dr. Price is the chiropractor, director and founder of the Wellness Center in Houston. Always innovative and improving treatment services, he surrounds himself with experts in the alternative medicine field, enabling his clients to receive the best in comprehensive holistic care. Dr. Price is also a 5-Dan Black Belt and teaches several forms of martial arts at his private school.

Dr. Price will administer health and wellness, preventative care and stress management programs for club members through an on-site facility. Through the health center, Dr. Price also will offer a full array of health and wellness products.

Vaughn Design Studio, Architect

Vaughn Design Studio is a multi-disciplined architectural, planning and interior design firm that brings a broad range of capabilities and project experience to each new assignment. Vaughn Design opened their doors in 1995 and provides services in the areas of architecture, land planning, computer aided design, contract administration, interior design and programming/space planning.

Sam Allen, partner with Porter & Hedges, is the lead outside counsel for MME Group. He specializes in corporate & securities matters and the formation, mergers and acquisitions of companies.

Joel Goldberg, partner with Porter & Hedges, specializes in commercial real estate and spearheads all lease contracts and negotiations for MME Group.
